D&A Software

Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 3, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy explains how D&A Software (Bloomfield Hills, MI) handles information from visitors to this website. We build and run websites, AI automation, and AI agents for other businesses; this policy is about our own site, not the systems we build for clients.

What we collect

This site is intentionally simple about data collection. We don't run a contact form that stores submissions on our own servers, and we don't currently run analytics or advertising tracking scripts. The only information we collect comes from two sources:

  • Booking information. When you book a call through our scheduling page, the booking widget is provided by Calendly, a third-party service. Any name, email, phone number, or notes you enter go directly to Calendly and to us as the booking recipient. We use it only to prepare for and follow up on that call.
  • Standard hosting logs. Like virtually every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical information for security and reliability purposes, things like IP address, browser type, and request timing. We don't access this data for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We don't set our own tracking or advertising cookies. The Calendly booking widget embedded on our Book a Free Audit page may set its own cookies to make scheduling work correctly; that's governed by Calendly's own privacy policy, not ours. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy and, if the visitor is in a region that requires it, ask for consent first.

Who we share information with

We don't sell or rent visitor information. We share it only with the vendors that make this site and our booking process work:

  • Calendly — scheduling and booking.
  • Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.

Data retention

We keep booking-related information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the client relationship it relates to, then delete it. Hosting logs are retained by Vercel according to their own standard retention periods, not indefinitely by us.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, laws like the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (California) may give you rights over information we hold about you, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond directly.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and decision makers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
